About the Artist

Bridget Daulby is an illustrator based in Auckland, New Zealand. Her work is best known for its confident use of bold expressive colour, teamed with a fun and humorous undertone. In her earlier days, Bridget’s main interest was perfecting the style of photorealism in oil paint, now she has moved on to pencil (digital illustration) as her medium of choice. The inspiration for her current works was sparked over the first Covid lock-down, initially drawing all the meals she made, now has moved on to everyday food she enjoys.
