Yes, most of the time we can absolutely get something ready for you on the day, depending on the size. Best to give us a call on 09 378 9823, and we’ll do our best to sort it out! Unframed prints are the sprinters of the art world—usually ready quicker than framed ones, so keep that in mind.

Absolutely! Just flick us an email with the details. Once we’ve confirmed everything, we’ll send you a confirmation along with a handy link to complete your order and make payment. As soon as you’ve paid, your art will hop into the production line, ready to be fulfilled.

Payment is made when you place your order online or over the phone. We offer credit or debit card, PayPal or internet banking. All prices include GST are stated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

No worries, it happens. Lost or damaged orders will be replaced for free. We ask that you get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort out a replacement for you. Please keep in mind that this doesn’t apply if you’ve chosen a non-signature required service.

Just let us know what you'd like to change. Whether it’s a different size or frame colour we are happy to help you get it right. Send the print back to us (the same way it arrived), cover any price difference if needed and we’ll get your updated order to you. Easy as!

Yes, you can return or exchange art prints within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us, then send your order back in its original packaging for protection. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on original paintings since they’re one-of-a-kind. For all the details on our return and exchange policies, check out our Returns Page

We’ve got a range of framing options to suit your style. We stock frames in A-series ratios (A4, A3, etc.) in-house. For more customised options, please allow 14-28 days. For all the details and to explore our choices, head over to our Framing Page.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Yes, you can! Choose the 'Pick up i' option during checkout, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect from our gallery. If you need your order quickly or by a specific time/date, leave us a note during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Here’s a quick rundown within NZ:

  • Unframed orders: 2-4 business days
  • Framed orders: 5-7 business days
  • Large framed orders: 10-12 business days

Once your order is picked up by our courier, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey. Heads-up: international orders that choose an untracked service won’t get a tracking link.

Yes, we do, but only for unframed prints. We use NZ Post for all international orders, which might be handed off to a local carrier once it reaches the destination country. For orders to Australia, we provide tracking and insurance. For the rest of the world, you can choose between standard mail, tracked/insured courier, or untracked/uninsured courier.

We use Posthaste to ship our orders Monday to Friday and they require a signature upon delivery. A card will be left if no one’s around. If you prefer not to have a signature-required service, just leave a note in the gift message box during checkout with instructions for a safe place to leave your parcel (like somewhere dry and sheltered). Just a heads-up: if you choose this option, your order won’t be insured if it goes missing.

Unfortunately, we can't deliver to PO Boxes - we need a physical address to send your order. If you only have a PO Box, we can arrange delivery to a Post Office which might take an extra 2 days compared to our usual delivery times.

We take great care in packing your orders:

  • A4-A2 unframed prints: Shipped flat.
  • A1-A0 unframed prints: Rolled in a tube.
  • Framed prints: Protected with corner protectors, covered with thick card over the glass, bubble wrapped and then placed in a custom box.
