Yes, we accept orders by email. Once we have confirmed the details for your order we will send you an order confirmation by email with a link to finish your order and make payment. Once you have made payment your order goes in to the process line to be fulfilled.

Payment is made when you place your order online or over the phone. We offer credit or debit card, PayPal or internet banking. All prices include GST are stated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Lost or damaged orders are replaced for free. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organize a replacement for you.
Please note this is void if you choose a non-signature required service.

That's totally fine, contact us and let us know what you would like to change i.e bigger/smaller size, frame colour. Send the print back to us, pay any price difference if there is one and we will get the new order to you as soon as possible.

Sorry, we mixed up your order. Please get in touch with us and we will organise a collection if needed and get your correct order out to you as soon as possible.

You can return or exchange art prints within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply let us know and ship your order back to us in it's original packaging for protecion.

We are unable to accept retruns on paintings (originals) as these items are one off.

Yes, just select the 'Pick Up' option during checkout and we will let you know when it’s ready to collect from our gallery. Leave a note during checkout if you need your order quickl, or by a certain time/date.

You will be emailed a tracking link once your order is picked up by our courier. International orders that select an untracked service will not receive a tracking link.

Yes, only for unframed prints. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post and may be passed on to a National carrier once in the country of destination. Australian orders are tracked and insured. The Rest of the World have the option of standard mail tracked/insured courier or untracked/uninsured courier.

We use Posthaste to ship our orders Monday to Friday on a signature-required service, someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery otherwise a card to call will be left. If you don't want a signature-required service please leave a note in the gift message box during checkout instructing a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel i.e somewhere dry and sheltered. Please note if you choose this option your order is not insured if lost.

Unfortunately no, we need a physical postal address to be able to courier your order. If you do not have a physical address let us know and we can send via Post Office, please note this service can take 2 days longer than normal delivery times.

A4-A2 unframed prints are shipped flat. A1-A0 unframed prints are shipped rolled in a tube. All framed prints are cornered with a thick heavy card over the glass, bubble wrapped and then placed in a custom box.
