Content Creation & Publishing
• Schedule and publish product and marketing content for both brands using tools like Google Calendar, Sheets, and Later — keeping everything organised, accurate, and on time.
• Create and manage photography, video, and written content across social media, email and both websites — including banners, product imagery, and campaign visuals.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store — helping customers and artists find what they need.
• Collaborate closely with the owner on artist support, brand quality control, reviewing sales and site analytics, and co-curating collections.
• Analyse performance in Shopify & Google and report insights that guide creative and strategic decisions.
