Easy returns
Get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order. Let us know if you'd like to exchange it for a different product, or if you’d prefer store credit or a refund (excluding any shipping charges).
Please make sure the artwork is in the same condition as when you received it and is packed in the original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t replace lost or damaged returns.
We can’t offer exchanges or returns on original artworks or handmade art pieces, as each artwork is one-of-a-kind and it affects the commission we pay our artists.
