About this print
This sandy moonscape photograph was taken in 2017 in the Far North of New Zealand. It's a special place called the Te Paki Stream that cuts through the countries biggest sand dunes. Tātahi in Māori is a location word referring to beach, seaside and riverside. The wind formed patterns and lines that drew you towards the endless dunes.

About the Artist
Elliot founded endemicworld in 2008 and as the owner/operator he has helped artists do what they love most everyday since. He was lucky enough to grow up in an art filled home with parents and siblings who still make and collect art today. His own passion has always been the outdoors, following the snow around the world, and as life brought him back to Tāmaki Makaurau that passion turned towards fishing, boating and photography.
Elliot’s collection of minimal ocean photographs are driven by his love for natural landscapes and adventure. Today's world is busy, Elliot's photography will make you want to get out there and enjoy a moment in nature. A calm moment for you to ponder nothing but the endless horizon in front of you. Elliot's favourite colour is blue.
