About the Artist
Simon Stockley has been making art for over 40 years, he attended Elam School of Fine Arts in ’79 where he was lectured by Robert Ellis, Dick Frizzell and Don Binney. Throughout the 80’s, 90's and early 2000's Simon became a freelance illustrator creating a lot of editorial illustrations for publications, visual marketing for the Urge Bar in Wellington and began creating CG images, initially as references for painting but recently have become finished works never anticipating using this kind of software to create his art when he first began.
