About the Artist
Justine is an Auckland-based artist who works in a variety of mediums, including oil and acrylic paints. Her latest works feature old marine charts as backdrops for her painted designs on wooden boards and old oars. Inspired by the Kiwi bach, the beach, the sea, and iconic images from childhood, Justine predominantly uses acrylic and pencil on recycled marine charts and maps.
