Our Simple Art-Ready Frames are the most straightforward way to frame a print, photograph or work on paper. The artwork sits directly behind the glass, with no mat or border between the artwork and the frame.
This creates a clean, uncomplicated finish that lets the artwork fill the frame. It works especially well for contemporary prints, photography and artworks where you want the image itself to take centre stage.
Our Classic frame shape is a low, wide profile, perfect for a timeless look.
Our Tobacco colour is a natural wood stained with a visible-grain finish.

We send over 10,000 parcels a year! From small paintings to large framed artworks, custom frames and prints. Everything we send is carefully packaged, shipped via tracked courier, and insured, so you have peace of mind.

Oversize artworks include Super A0, Bespoke Framed A0 and large paintings (greater than 1000mm x 1000mm).
Framed artworks and Art-Ready frames cannot be shipped outside New Zealand.
For a refund or exchange please get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order. Let us know if you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, or if you’d prefer store credit or a refund (excluding any shipping charges). Please make sure the artwork is in the same condition as when you received it and is packed in the original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t replace lost or damaged returns.
We cannot offer exchanges or returns on original artworks or handmade art pieces, as each artwork is one-of-a-kind and it affects the commission we pay our artists.

Each Art Ready Frame is made to fit the artwork size listed on the product page. Choose the frame size that matches your artwork. If your artwork is an unusual size, get in touch and we can make you a custom frame.
Your frame comes ready to use, with glazing, backing and hanging hardware included. Each frame is made to a gallery-quality standard, so all you need to do is add your artwork and hang it.
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your frame is ready to collect from our Ponsonby gallery. If you need it by a certain date, leave us a note with your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
