  We choose the paper that best suits the type of artwork. Our paper range includes:
  Smooth Matte Paper - A smooth, mid-weight, natural-white art paper that provides crisp detail, rich colour, and excellent value.
  Cotton Rag - A premium heavyweight cotton rag, with a soft, lightly textured matte finish, ideal for archival fine art prints.
  Textured Matte Paper - A heavyweight cotton blend paper, with a rigid, heavy texture that gives art prints a rich, tactile finish.
  Textured Cotton Canvas - A durable, archival cotton canvas with a natural texture that makes painterly artworks feel closer to an original painting.
  
  

• Our frames are hand-made with care by professional framers in our Auckland studio.
• Crafted from real wood with white acid-free foam core backing.
• Glazed with standard glass. Upgrade to Artglass for Premium clarity, low reflection and 70% UV protection.
• All frames come with a complimentary hanging kit: D-rings and cord to string your frame, and wall hooks and nails for hanging.

Oversize artworks include Super A0, Bespoke Framed A0 and large paintings (greater than 1000mm x 1000mm). 

Framed artworks and Art-Ready frames cannot be shipped outside New Zealand.

For a refund or exchange please get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order. Let us know if you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, or if you’d prefer store credit or a refund (excluding any shipping charges). Please make sure the artwork is in the same condition as when you received it and is packed in the original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t replace lost or damaged returns.

We cannot offer exchanges or returns on original artworks or handmade art pieces, as each artwork is one-of-a-kind and it affects the commission we pay our artists.
