We send over 10,000 parcels a year! From small paintings to large framed artworks, custom frames and prints. Everything we send is carefully packaged, shipped via tracked courier, and insured, so you have peace of mind.

Framed artworks and Art-Ready frames cannot be shipped outside New Zealand.
For a refund or exchange please get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order. Let us know if you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, or if you’d prefer store credit or a refund (excluding any shipping charges). Please make sure the artwork is in the same condition as when you received it and is packed in the original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t replace lost or damaged returns.
We cannot offer exchanges or returns on original artworks or handmade art pieces, as each artwork is one-of-a-kind and it affects the commission we pay our artists.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Emile Holmewood
Most of our art prints are available framed or unframed. Choose your preferred size and frame option before adding the artwork to your cart. Some originals, limited editions or special works may have set framing options — if you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll help.
Most unframed prints are made and sent within 2–4 business days. Framed prints usually take 5–7 business days, and large framed works can take 10–12 business days. Some custom framing or special orders may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect from our Ponsonby gallery. If you need it by a certain date or time, leave us a note with your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
No worries. Art prints can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch first, then send it back in its original packaging so it travels safely. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind, so they can’t be returned unless there’s an issue with the order.
