About the Artist

Born and raised in West Auckland Troy Sutcliffe is an up-and-coming Artist now based in Melbourne. Obsessed with the crisp line work of iconic American mid-century cartoons, by his high school years Troy began Dabbling with various ink based mediums.

At this time, he began fusing an imperfect recollection of these familiar cartoon characters with new found inspiration from the late 90’s and early 2000’s. His most recent body of work is an obvious reflection of his earlier years as an artist by way of artistic aesthetic.
